Description
Following symptoms in persons who have swollen and sore throat, and sometimes experience coughing.
This medicine can be applied to everyone regardless of physical strength: Tonsillitis and peritonsillitis.
Caution for use

1. The following persons should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered distributor before taking this medicine.
(1) Persons undergoing medical treatment from a physician.
(2) Pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant.
(3) Persons with weak stomach and intestine who have a tendency to diarrhea.
(4) Elderly persons.
(5) Persons who have experienced rash, redness, itching, etc. due to medicines or something.
(6) Persons with the following symptoms: edema.
(7) Persons diagnosed as having the following: hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease.
2. The following symptoms may be adverse reactions to this medication. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered distributor. Take the instruction leaflet with you.
(1) Related areas: Gastrointestinal system
Symptoms: Loss of appetite, gastric distress
In very rare cases the following serious symptoms may occur. In this case, consult a physician immediately.
(2) Related areas: Pseudoaldosteronism, myopathy
Symptoms: In addition to listlessness, stretched feeling, and stiffness of hands and feet, feeling of weakness and muscular pain will appear and gradually worsen.
3. Stop taking this medicine and consult a physician, pharmacist or registered distributor if symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for 5 to 6 times. Take this leaflet with you.
4. If you take this medicine regularly for a long periods, consult a physician, pharmacist or registered distributor.
Ingredients
6 tablets (6600 mg) of this medicine contain 625 mg of Kikyoto extract of the following mixed crude drugs;
JP Glycyrrhiza: 1.5 g
JP Platycodon Root: 1.0 g (JP: The Japanese Pharmacopoeia)
Inactive ingredients: JP Gum Arabic Powder, JP Magnesium Stearate, JP Purified Sucrose,
JP Dextrin, JP Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Erythritol, Calcium Silicate, Hydrogenated Maltose Starch Syrup Powder, Flavor.
Indications
Following symptoms in persons who have swollen and sore throat, and sometimes experience coughing.
This medicine can be applied to everyone regardless of physical strength: Tonsillitis and peritonsillitis.
DOSAGE
Take the following dosages before or between meals. Put each troche in your mouth, allow it to dissolve slowly and then swallow it.
*15 years and over: 2 tablets (3 times a day)
*5-14 years: 1 tablet (3 times a day)
*Less than 5 years: Do not use
[Cautions]
1. This medication should be given to children only under adult supervision. 2. Do not crunch or swallow the troche.
[How to remove a troche]
Firmly push the bulging portion of the PTP (Push Through Pack) sheet containing the troche with the tip of one finger and break the aluminum film on the rear side. Remove the troche.
(Be careful to avoid swallowing a piece of the packaging sheet by mistake, doing so may injure the esophageal mucosa.)
