CAUTION FOR USE

●Who should seek consultation

1. Thefollowingpersonsshouldconsultaphysician,pharmacist,orregistereddistributorbeforetaking this medicine.

(1) Persons undergoing medical treatment from a physician.

(2) Pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant.

(3) Persons who is physically weak (declining of strength or constitutional weakness).

(4) Persons with weak stomach and intestine.

(5) Persons with excessive sweating.

(6) Elderly persons.

(7) Persons who have experienced rash, redness, itching, etc. due to medicines or something.

(8) Persons with the following symptoms: edema.

(9) Persons diagnosed as having the following: hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease.

2. The following symptoms may be adverse reactions to this medication. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered distributor. Take the instruction leaflet with you.

Symptoms: Rash, redness, itching

(2) Related areas: Gastrointestinal system

Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, gastric distress

In very rare cases the following serious symptoms may occur. In this case, consult a physician immediately.

(1) Symptoms' name: Interstitial pneumonia

Symptoms: When go upstairs or exert yourself too much, symptoms such as shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, dry cough, and fever will appear. They will appear suddenly and persist.

(2) Symptoms' name: Pseudohyperaldosteronism, myopathy

Symptoms: In addition to listlessness, stretched feeling, and stiffness of hands and feet, feeling of weakness and muscular pain will appear and gradually worsen.

(3) Symptoms' name: Hepatic function failure

Symptoms: Following symptoms appear: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and white of eyes), brown urine, whole-body tiredness, loss of appetite.

3. Stop taking this medicine and consult a physician, pharmacist or registered distributor if symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for about 1 month (5 to 6 days if you take this medicine for common cold). Take this leaflet with you.

4. If you take this medicine regularly for a long periods, consult a physician, pharmacist or registered distributor.

INGREDIENTS

2 packets (4.5 g) of this medicine contain 2.5 g of Shoseiryuto extract of the following mixed crude drugs;

JP Pinellia Tuber: 3.0 g

JP Processed Ginger: 1.5 g

JP Glycyrrhiza: 1.5 g

JP Cinnamon Bark: 1.5 g

JP Schisandra Fruit: 1.5 g

JP Asiasarum Root: 1.5 g

JP Peony Root: 1.5 g

JP Ephedra Herb: 1.5 g

(JP: The Japanese Pharmacopoeia)

Inactive ingredients: JP Magnesium Stearate, JP Lactose Hydrate, Sucrose Esters of Fatty Acids.

Following symptoms in persons with moderate or slightly poor physical strength who suffer from coughing with thin watery phlegm and runny nose:

Bronchitis, bronchial asthma, rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, edema, common cold, and hay fever.

DOSAGE

Take the following dosages with water or warm water before a meal.

15 years and over: 1 packet(2.25 g) (2 times a day)

7-14 years: 2/3 packet (2 times a day)

4-6 years: 1/2 packet (2 times a day)

2-3 years: 1/3 packet (2 times a day)

Less than 2 years: Do not use
