For an adult, 4 tablets per day includes following ingredients:

Riboflavin Phosphate Ester Sodium (Vitamin B2 Phosphate Ester): 15 mg: Helps the metabolism of fat and convert it into energy. 

Pyridoxine hydrochloride(Vitamin B6): 15 mg: Helps the metabolism of protein and convert it into energy. 

Thiamine nitrification (vitamin B1 nitrate): 10 mg: Helps the metabolism of carbohydrate and convert it into energy.

Royal jelly tincture (as in royal jelly): 100 mg: Include not only the three major nutritions (protein, carbohydrate, and fat) but also other vitamins and minerals with a good balance. 

Taurine: 1000 mg: Take part in the generation of necessary energy when feeling fatigue. 

Nicotinamide: 20mg: a coenzyme that works when generating energy from nutritions. 

Anhydrous caffeine: 50 mg: Stimulates the organs inside your body and helps get rid of the fatigue.
